FAQ:
How much furniture do you have? Around the pool we have 6 tables w/8 chairs, 8 lounge chairs and 10 sitting chairs. Around the patio area we have 5 picnic tables. Guests are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs (be mindful of the time it takes to clean up after your party). We allow 15 minutes for guests to clean up.
How deep is the pool? The pool is 9.5 feet deep.
Do you allow alcoholic beverages? Yes but we DO NOT allow any glass of any kind and if we discover you have had glass anywhere near the pool, your deposit will not be returned.
Can we have a party without a lifeguard? No. Exceptions can be made by management, depending on circumstances. Ex. Adult only party w/o alcoholic beverages.
Can we bring in a caterer or DJ? Yes. If you bring a DJ, please be mindful of the noise because The Cabana Club is located in a residential area.
What happens if it rains or bad weather? We will reschedule your event in the case of inclement weather. We will not refund the deposit.
Can I make payments towards my party in advance? Yes, we will be happy to make payment arrangements.
Do you allow pets? Yes, but we are not responsible for your pet.
Can we combine parties? Yes, only if both parties are in agreement.
Can we arrive early? No. If you need additional time to set up for your event, please purchase additional hours needed for set up and/or tear down.
Do we have to clean up ourselves? Yes, you are required to take out the trash and clean up any leftover trash (balloons, table clothes etc.) and food. We make sure when you arrive that you and your guests get a clean facility and in order to make sure the following party receives the same treatment you will need to clean up your own mess.
Can we bring in our own food? Yes, you can cook on the grill or you can have your event catered.
Can we bring Floaties? Yes, you can bring floaties or any pool float. However, dive rings and glow sticks are not allowed. Previous parties have gotten the pool clogged because guests failed to pick the toys up from the bottom of the pool.
Can I take the deposit off of the balance owed? No, the deposit is returned within 7 days of your event. If any items are lost, broken or missing you will not get your deposit back. The deposit is used for any miscellaneous expenses that may have occurred (payment to the lifeguard or other damages that may have occurred during your event).
What happens if I have to cancel my event? A reservation must be cancelled within 30 days of scheduled party date. If you need to cancel 29 days before your event, then you will not be refunded any monies paid to The Cabana Club (including your deposit), however, we are happy to reschedule the party for you.
