General Service Policy: A life guard is required for first 25 swimming guests. A $15 charge per hour per lifeguard is required and lifeguards must be paid separately. Please bring cash the day of the party to pay the lifeguard. For every additional 25 swimming guests you will need an additional lifeguard. All parties over 4 hours require 2 Lifeguards. Lifeguards ensure your event is safe and this allows your guests to enjoy themselves without worrying about the kids in the pool.
Cancellation Policy: A reservation must be cancelled within 30 days. If you need to cancel your event 29 days before the scheduled date then you will not receive your deposit or any payments toward the party back. We will reschedule the date for you.
Reservation Policy: A $100 deposit is required. A $200 deposit is required for any party over 6 hours. We will make every effort to collect the deposit before cancelling your reservation. Please contact us at 817-807-5306 to confirm deposit payment or you can pay thru invoice sent to you. We will only hold the reservation for 72 hours before canceling due to non-payment of the deposit.

Inclement Weather Policy: If your party must be cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be allowed to reschedule your party within 1 year. Refunds are not granted due to inclement weather. In the event your party has already started, we will allow a reschedule for the time left on your event.
Pool Policy: Alcoholic beverages are allowed but glass containers are not allowed. Please be responsible when bringing these beverages. In the event anyone is out of order your party will be shut down and no refunds will be given. You will not get your deposit back if you use glass around the pool. This is very hazardous and costly to clean up if broken glass gets into the pool. Absolutely no drugs or drug paraphernalia will be allowed. If anyone at your event has these products on them, they will be asked to leave and possibly your event will be shut down with no refunds. Diving toys and other non-floating toys such as glow sticks are NOT ALLOWED. These items have been left behind in the past and can destroy pool cleaning equipment. You will not receive your deposit back if you have these items at your event. Please feel free to bring floating toys.
